It seems like a fairly big percentage of the population has come to the belief that mother earth is in big trouble and that we the people are the cause of her trouble.

They say the trouble we are causing is the rapid and unsustainable rise in temperature we cause by taking carbon out of the ground and putting into the sky by virtue of our industry. We are, in the most simple of terms, cooking our planet in the rush to make a living.
To be certain, some people are doing some things right, like practicing sustainable agriculture, eating organic foods and using paper straws. And recently we heard the Environmental Protection Agency’s Scott Pruitt claim, and I quote, “We are leading the world with respect to our CO2 footprint in reductions.”
But to the many, just doing a few things right is not going to be good enough to save mother earth. And so we pause to ask: Can we cure climate change?
